My heart goes out in empathy and deep condolence to our brethren - TopicsExpress

My heart goes out in empathy and deep condolence to our brethren who lost their lives and to those severely injured due to the terrorist attack at the Kano central mosque. The going-off of twin bombs in the premises of the Central Mosque after the prayers had commenced is a cruel incident that is both condemnable and regrettable. This confirms that these terrorists resent muslims as much as they loathe Christians in their continued psychological obsessional hatred for humanity. But beyond the rhetorics of issuing condolences in the midst of our national leadership and security apparatchiks incapacity to curtail the menace of terrorism, one is forced to think the residents in the North are very different from other people in Southern Nigeria regarding the appreciation and value of their own lives. How else do we explain that they remain glued in the North despite the incessant explosions and indiscriminate massacre. An average Yoruba man would have abandoned his death-prone city a long time ago! Forget the argument that as conservatives, where would they start from or where exactly would they go? It is largely untenable! They should move out first! Once its time to defecate, the anus expands! He who has life has hope! The dead, save the dead-in-Christ has lost everything! By the time they leave, the same life which built a home there in their base in the North would build another one in a safe haven! I am sure when the trouble zones are devoid of people and there is no one to kill again, theyll cease fire or start killing themselves. But then, how many people find it easy to take the plunge and flee for their dear lives? If everyone does that, who will wait to combat these derelicts? Who exactly is behind this sinister employ of the instrumentality of apprehension as concerted tactic to depopulate the North and unsettle the citizens? May God in His infinite mercy save us and may the innocent blood of the slain in this cold war cry for justice and speedily take vengeance by spilling the blood of the enemies of this nation state. (Amen), (Ameen).
