My heart goes out to Tom Meagher. Husband of murder and rape victim, Jill Meagher. May she rest in peace. Tom is so correct. When is our Justice system going to get it right? Bailey was not given the maximum sentence for one of the charges. So when does the maximum sentence apply? This was one of the most horrible tragedies for anyone to endure and yet there is still a little bit of leniency for Bailey. In my opinion and based on his past record, he should be sentenced to the maximum penalties on all charges and jailed for life without parole. There is no room on our streets for a person like this!
