My heart goes out to the IAT call Center in Malaysia Today. They are the call center that handled all Virgin Australias International Frequent Flyer bookings. Philip Watkins was hit by a bus last week in Gladesville and passed away. Philip did all the ticketing single handily for all the bookings IAT made. The International Team spoken to Philip all day everyday. I worked with the in Malaysia with the Malaysian team for 2 weeks when I was re-writing all their Frequent Flyer procedures, manuals and training documents for Virgin Australia. Philip was also extremely helpful with any information I needed. Together we worked as an awesome team. I could not have done my job without Philips help or the help from the Malaysian Staff. Philip will be missed by his family and friends. I will miss our weekly calls, e-mails and Facebook messages. I am more stunned and shocked at his sudden passing. I am really saddened.
