My heart goes out to the families of these inmates. And the cruel comments under this are uncalled for. They are humans that made bad decisions and were punished. But still no one of us are really any better. I cant imagine the fear of this accident while being transported in paper suits and your hands shackled to a chain around your waist and your feet shackled too.
