My heart has been so grieved the last several weeks. I am so thankful that this page was made, Ive been in tears the last hour as Ive read through the testimonies of my dear friends and brothers and sisters. I came to MH in 2010 a broken, bitter and lost woman. I am a single mother, and walking through the hurt and anger that comes with that was a tough road, but my Father was ever faithful and pursued me through HIS people at MH. When my son was diagnosed with 2 congenital heart defects and subsequently had open heart surgery last year, God tangibly showed me His love through HIS people, my church family. Joe and I were rallied around, covered in prayer, and provided for. I wasnt given the chance to truly fear because I was constantly reminded of the goodness of my Heavenly Father by my brothers and sisters at MH. My family has been walked with through countless hard seasons, and my faith has grown exponentially through MH and Pastor Marks preaching. I am so far from perfect, so why on earth would I expect any other person to be perfect. Mark Driscoll is an anointed preacher of the word, and you know he loves Jesus with all his heart. I will stand by my pastor and my church, and will continue to serve and pray with/for them because this is HIS church first and He loved me enough to lead me here and save me in spite of my sin. Thank you, Jesus for my FAMILY that you adopted me into. ❤️❤️❤️
