My heart is breaking for our RORY. I hope you can all keep him in your hearts tonight. He was VERY Sick when he got to his new Mom. Jackie rushed him to the pet ER, and his fever broke, he got some affection (and gave some) to the Vet Techs, and the electrolytes seemed to perk him up. Well, Jackie is there now, she went in around six pm, and Rory has not done well today. He is not standing. He IS eating a bit (thank goodness) and we just dont yet know what is diagnosis or his prognosis are. Please send him your love. He and Jackie have had such a hard time of it. She is an old friend of mine from way back when> I was just shocked when I saw her name on the thread, asking about Rory! I wrote to her and asked her if she used to live in this area? And it was her! She was a volunteer in our local shelter and a known dog lady in town. I have missed her! I am so glad we are reunited, but so SAD it has to be under such sad circumstances Thank you for all of your kind thoughts and comments I know that dogs can feel our Love. Rory needs our Love.
