My heart is filled with so much happiness after spending the weekend with a remarkable group of athletes! I coached 11 competitors for the 2014 ECC competition and I am so proud of each and everyone of them. The journey to the stage is not an easy one and is one of the most challenging things you will do mentally and physically. Every single one of these athletes made a lot of sacrifices most people wouldnt and dedicated themselves to hours in the gym, prepping their meals every day, getting their posing just right, supporting each other, and then put themselves out there on stage to show off and be judged on their hard work! I am so glad to have had the opportunity to work with each and every one of you and again am soooooooo freakin proud!! Xo Congratulations to all athletes!! It was an incredible show and am totally motivated to compete myself this March at the NSABBA Provincials!!
