My heart is heavy right now because I can feel the collective weight of people being pushed harder than ever before to face their inner blockages and it is causing an intense inner battle inside. Try your best to let go of the old programming related to your outdated belief systems and know that you do not have to accept them anymore. You can redefine any story from your past and transcend it. This is done through emotional alchemy. Changing your perspective changes the chemicals in your body and allows you to release the chemistry make up that creates the discomfort of emotional pain.
