My heart is so heavy today, mourning for so many and for so much. The saga in Sydney, friends, family....so many people and situations that require an abundance of love to heal. Love and an open heart is the only way to move through such heavy emotions, yet that in it self is at times, a process harder than it should be. So, I give as much love, as many prayers and healing as I can to those in the news and their families, to those whom I know personally and to the universe as a beautiful whole. Sea Blessings, Gem
