My hearts desire is to guide people towards discovering and maintaining focus on God and not their circumstances through revelation of His Word, true worship and prayer. I have faith that I can be used as a tool to restore you from self-focus to God-focus. Continue to stay encouraged and know within your spirit We Are Servants!!! Luke 17:7-10 But which of you, having a servant plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat? And will not rather say unto him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward thou shalt eat and drink? Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not. So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do. How many of you from the depths of your soul say to the Lord: Father I want to do your will, I want my life to be pleasing in your sight. Father, I want to be a vessel that you can use for your glory? Many of us utter something like this but when the demand on us and on our time comes we cry, moan and complain. Will what the Lord is calling you to always be convenient? NO, it most certainly will not! Will you sometimes wonder in amazement what and where and why the Lord is saying to you to do, this, that or the other? YES, you most certainly will! Will you at times become weak or weary? YEP, that will happen! A few things I have learned . 1. For me to continue to do what I KNOW the Lord has called me too, I have to stay in His face, talking with Him, reading His word and keeping my ears open to hear Him, EVERY DAY. 2. I had to learn to not care how others felt about what I KNOW the Lord has called me to and say what I KNOW the Lord has and is speaking and telling me to say. 3. I learned that a yielded heart is humble and meek and contrite before the Father (Romans 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.) Colossians 3:23-24 And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. Listen, we are servants. I hear people say I am a servant of the Lord but they are ignorant of what servant really means. A servant is a person who is in the service of another, in other words a servant is a person that does what another tells them to do. When we say we serve God, when we say we serve the Lord it means that we obey His commands. How will we know what the Lord commands, (expects), of us when so many of us will not read His word, will not commune with Him, will not even think about Him until something goes wrong in our lives. Many of us walk around with the I deserve this and I deserve that attitude when in fact we are unprofitable servants and all that we receive from God the Father is because of the Lord Jesus Christ and all that HE has done, not we ourselves, Isaiah 64:6a But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags;..... Obedience is paramount in this Christ like walk. A truly good servant is an obedient servant. If our concern is to obey the Father at all cost, nothing will deter us from what the Lord has called us to. The Lord will strengthen us when we call on Him, He will refresh us when we call on Him and He gives us rest when we are in need of it, we just have to be determined to stay in His presence. Father I thank you for this day. Thank you for another beautiful day to give you praise, another beautiful day to give you glory, Father I thank you for opening my eyes to see another beautiful day to exalt you and lift you up and say thank you! Thank you! Thank you Father God! Lord I am so grateful to you for all things. I am grateful to you for all your many blessings, thank you for the new mercies I see today, thank you for the favor that you shower down on me, thank you Father God, bless you Father God, glory and honor and praise to you Father God for all things. Lord you know my heart, you know my mind, you Father God know all there is to know about me. You Lord know that I desire to know more of you. You Lord knows that I desire to be all that you have made me to be, I desire to fulfill my and complete my destiny and my purpose in you Lord. I want to do all that you have made me for. I want my life Lord to bring you glory honor and praise. I want my life to be pleasing in your sight Father. I want to serve you wholeheartedly from the very depths of my soul. I want you Father to look at me and say well done I want to be a good and faithful servant Father God. Father, give me the boldness to do all that you have put within my hands to do. I will not be slack and I will not be slothful, I will fulfill my purpose in you and I will delight myself in you Lord. I thank you Father that you strengthen me for the work, you strengthen me and you Lord uphold me with your free spirit, you Father uphold me according to your word and I thank you! Thank you! Thank you Father God. Bless you Father, bless your great name. Bless you Father you are worthy of all praise. Bless you Father, so faithful and so true. Bless your Father God, bless your holy name.
