My history teacher is all about names and dates, she does not seem to understand the concept of morale or strategic points. We are on ww1 now and she presented almost nothing that I did not already know. I kept quiet as to not disrupt the class, but I had fun presenting points when permitted. She explained the first gas mask was called a hypo hood. Which is incorrect. At break I explained briefly about the development of gas protection methods following the attack in 1915. She asked if I would like to give a brief history lesson on its development. I accepted and stood in front of the large class and gave a college level lecture on the development of the modern canister mask from a small pad issued covered on urine. She was impressed, I can tell she thought I didnt have it in me. I had fun and made some history buff friends.
