My hot water heater I purchased from Sears has been leaking badly on the floor since last Friday. I paid for a five year Master Protection Plan. Sears scheduled an emergency repair for today. It is now 9:50 pm. I have called 4 times today with lots of broken promises. The repairman just called and said he would be here in half an hour... but that he would not be repairing the hot water heater... only confirming that it is leaking. Is this the way things work in America these days :(
