My house is a large four bedroom detached house. It has a garage with drive with lawn at the front. It has a fully enclosed back garden with trees behind. It also has a large kitchen, large lounge, dining room, front office and downstairs toilet. Upstairs, first bedroom has en suite bathroom with patio doors onto balcony over looking garden and the moors. Second large bedroom, third bedroom with double bed and bedroom furniture, fourth bedroom with walk in wardrobe and upstairs toilet (like the en suite) with bath and separate shower unit. Newton Abbot is fast growing with Asda, Tesco, Lidls, Sainsburys, Icelands, 6 primary schools and 2 colleges. Plenty of buses in all directions and a train station all within walking distance. Our home is in a quite and private cul-de-sac tucked away. Plenty of fast foods, Mcdonalds, Kfc, BurgerKing, Whimpy, Thai, Indian, Chinese and of course fish and chips. We are just over 30 mins drive, bus or train ride away from Exeter. Hope this information helps. I am looking for a 3 bed with separate dining room. Off road parking and large (huge) garden. Looking to move around Tiverton to surroundings. Good transport links. Do not want to live in a built up area or overlooked.
