My house smells like ginger and shallots and garlic! Three hours into simmering the bones and veggies for my ramen broth. My pork belly is slow cooking for 8 hours and Ill chop jalapeños, green onion, bean sprouts, and carrots for toppings. Will post Pics and my process after everything is ready later tonight. Also making a spicy bean sprout salad with sesame seeds to accompany the ramen. Recipe in the comments.
