My husband ROCKS. Last night Danny made an egg caserole that is 21 day Fix approved so we can eat all week long for breakfast. It literally took him 5 minutes to make and saves us a TON of time. Pre-Heat oven to 375* In a bowl, mix eggs and egg whites, diced turkey and any veggies you like. Season with Himalayan salt and pepper. Spray glass baking dish with non-stick spray. Poor egg mixture into the dish. Cook until the middle is not runny (you can check with a wooden toothpick) DONE!
