My husband and I are about to embark on full-timing and are in the process of deciding what to sell and what to take. Our hobbies seem to be where our hardest decisions are having to be made. Any suggestions or advise on how home brewing wine and canning vegetables works in an RV? I believe that we can make it work as far as producing the goods but am worried about the space it will take up and the weight and fragility of all the glass jars and bottles.
