My husband and I want to thank EVERYONE that posted things and contacted us yesterday after watching KCRG. It took me awhile to find the right wording before I posted anything. What got aired yesterday was never supposed to be aired on TV, it was an explanation of how I can relate so well to these families. When I saw my words out there I just dropped and cried. Its a part of lives that we just didnt want out there. I was sovembarrassed and thought how can I fix this, for once I couldnt fix something. Yes, times are hard for us, we do what we have too to make it work, just like LOTS of people do. I am not upset because I feel KCRG did amazing story, and they told our story honestly. I realized a long time ago as people we all leave our homes with some sort of makeup on, we all have parts of us we dont want people to know about. I believe its the things you go through in life that help mold you into the person you are meant to be, and this is a part of our lives that have made us who we are. Each day we all make choices in how we live our lives, one thing that completes me is always helping someone whether in need or not, we all need to know we are important and loved. Strangers and so many of you donated to Joe & Mattys Giving Tree to help others, you and so many strangers made a choice to show others they are loved and important. So many of you made a choice to rally around my husband, boys and I to show us we are loved and important. That makes the best Christmas ever!
