My husband and I were at the Hermitage Post Office around 8 pm tonight when we saw a vehicle drop off a large black dog right in the parking lot. The dog made its way across the street (barely missed being hit!) to the roads behind the church. We followed it to Panama St (or Dr, not familiar with that area). We couldnt get it though. It was a male and had a white or gray collar with spikes. Seemed friendly enough but ran from us. Of course it was the ONE time neither of us had our phones to catch a pic.
