My husband blew up our Jeep today. I had the option of being angry with him for driving it with the gauges up in the red zone, in an effort to get us to safety, or to relax and acknowledge that he did the BEST he knew how to do with imperfect knowledge of the problem. That he prioritized getting me to safety at the expense of the car makes me feel grateful for his love and protection. Thats how it goes. We love each other, and were both safe right now. The cars a mess, but hey, its a machine, not a living being. What a GIFT is love! Money comes and goes, but true love? Thats forever.
