My husband had started to feel really under the weather yesterday. We came back to the hotel around 11:30-11:45, and we decided to take a chance and go up to the front desk and ask if any place sold medicine. Nobody wants to get sick while on vacation. We pretty much had a hunch that the shop closed at 11, and we were correct. Within three minutes, we were being walked back the shop, and they opened the doors for us and allowed us to buy what we needed. It was insane! Not to mention that we were shocked! Now that is what I call customer service. Definitely a pleasant surprise.
