My husband was diagnosed with gliobl stoma astrocytoma at age 17 was given 3 months to live. Went through surgery had a mesh plate. Suffered a stroke in the second surgery partially paralyzed on left side. He told the docs he was a five year survivor that was in 1998. We met in 2001 got engaged in 2003 and he did his first round of chemo. Got married august of 2003 moved to his hometown in louisiana June of 2004. Quit trying to have kids I got pregnant June 2005 we had a boy 2006. He was told he was cancer free. Got pregnant again June of 2011 had our second son 2012. April of 2011 tumor came back it was benign had it removed. My husband was killed by a 16 yr. Old distracted driver this past April 22nd. He survived what doctors said he wouldnt and we had babies after we were told to give up. All so he can proof miracles can happen if you have faith. He died tragically at the hands of an irresponsible teenager. Our sons are 8 and 2. They will never get to know the amazing man he was and I was blessed to have him for 13 years through sickness and health. I hope you have courage, strength, and a miracle by November 1st. I would hate for you to cut your life short if unnecessary. But i do support and understand your decision because one time my husband felt that way also but thank God he made a different choice. God bless you.
