My iftar( food when I broke my fast) So, most people get so hungry during this moment where they go crazy eating as much since they were missing food all day. Heres the trick: Drink 15 oz water first Then healthy salads with beans is what I ate today. I prefer steamed broccoli chopped with tomato salad and homemade mashed potatoes to add some calories to my meal as my body was deprived all day. I only had 2 tsp of that. Mashed potato: Indian style Onions Cilantro Olive oil Green chili Hint of salt Red crushed pepper I sprinkled 2 tsp rice on my plate too. Lol
