My infringement hearing yesterday Judicial Registrar Bolte from Magistrate Court Victoria in William Street, Melbourne informed me, as I was applying for an adjournment, that he ignores the law of the Australian Constitution. You better come up with something else, something I havent heard before was his next statement to me as he declared it in front of the full court room. He also managed to call my line of defense mischievous before even I said a word and then asked the prosecution/sheriff (!) if 5 minutes would be long enough for me to present my case. I treat it as a prelude and after yesterday treatment, Im ready to REALLY take a stand :-)
