My journey 4P = Prepare, Perform, Persistence, and Progression. I had to mentally and physically overcome a barrier this week after failing my squats. Today I was not to be defeated there was a spark relit that reminded me why I started this journey 46 weeks ago. To redeem myself this week in had to out perform today. I had 3 sets of singles with 535 today which is 100% of my current 1rm. Today I did that with all the heart, passion, and desire I could pour into it. Yesterdaysdeads looked like this: 135 x 8 265 x 5 320 x 3 430 x 2 480 x 1 535 x 1 (in clip) 535 x 1 (in clip) 535 x 1 (in clip) My biggest critique would be on my 2nd and 3rd go my back starts to round and my head starts to shoot ahead of me.
