My jury trial in Alabama from the bogus charges from the Poarch Band Leaders got moved from sept.8th to January 12th.My original Terrorist Threat charge which my attorney took to a grand jury and after watching the video of the arrest and realizing the poarch band lied they refused to indict me.My charges now are disorderly conduct and trespassing.They offered me a plea deal that if I would plead guilty to disorderly conduct they would drop the trespassing and guarantee no jail time of course I refused it because im not guilty of anything. At my last court date the judge found me guilty of both charges sentenced me to 120 days in jail suspended, 2 years probation ,and $500 in fines.I appealed the decision to a jury trial.The maximum penalty is 6 mnths in jail dropped down from the 10 year terrorist charge the poarch leaders made up.At my last court appearance the Poarch Band said they (poarch band leaders) signed a resolution banning all mvskoke people from Hickory Ground and Burial Ground.The same thing Andrew Jakkkson did when some of thier Ancestors helped fight and remove our Ancestors from there on the Trail of Tears Death March nearly 200 years later they removed us again.JUST SAY NO TO POARCH BAND BLOODMONEY.. savehickoryground.org..mvto .
