My kids- they work. They work hard. They live on their own & pay their own bills- one is 22 the other about to be 20. They have jobs because they work hard to keep them- they insist on living by their rules and not their parents rules. :) Ok- I gave them that- it was a blessing that they call a curse. The 20 year old loves his money- and thats ok- because he knows where it comes from and how to earn it- in fact they both know a great deal about manual labor too. This 20 year old, he works and works, and works...long long hours- never complains about the required effort. He brings many smiles to the peoples faces that he works for- his boss treats him very well. His employer also pays him well for the service he provides. He is a very bright kid- homeschooled in basic economics and deprogrammed from the BS of the public school system. His people skills are; superior. He knows why I advocate for his future- sometimes he makes fun of me for it- thats ok- I know why- Im his mother. No young man wants their mother telling them to spend & save wisely, vote wisely and never trust the government, until....Mom, I had this HUGE check coming the other day- I go to pick it up- THEY TOOK 32% OUT FOR TAXES!!! Yes son, get ready, it will soon be 50%. Before you die a natural death, count on it being 75%. Son, you will be frowned upon by many in government, including those employed by government- when you decide you are fed up taking care of their bad habits- of stealing other peoples money aka legalized theft for anything and everything outside the basic constitutional role of government. Then, those government agencies that are granted use of force- will be very pissed off at you when you refuse to recognize them as heroes providing you with very valuable services. Be diligent in WHAT you work for, son. Love, Mom
