My kids had me sleep in today as yesterday wasnt a good day for me no engery and didnt feel good all day. when I got up dishs were done chicken being cooked fir tuffy and Hailey started fixins for potatoe salad to make . It was a nice surprise. My blood sugar has been high and next week having a fasting test. Another thing I have to worry about. Referral as gone in for heart dr ASAP . Just tried all the time and have been for at a month and engery level way down . Only good out of all this is over a period of time I ve 25 lbs. with no diet . Working on the smoking real hard and dont like the dreams on the patchs at all and dont sleep well on them but need to stop. Keeping fingers crossed heart is nothing serious and dont have high blood sugar . My kids are so great and love them so much . Thank you
