My laptop gave me quite a scare this morning..left the laptop with 70+ percent of battery the last time I switched it off, when i opened, it was not only empty but didnt charge either, thought I broke a pin or the battery expired, but thankfully it was only a driver error.. Those who face (plugged in not charging error msg or if the charge remains at 0% no matter how long u plug it into AC) follow these simple instructions.
