My last anticipated post until I am in Quetzaltenango (Xela), Guatemala: Blessed are you my Lord, my God, who brought forth the many people and places of Creation. Be with me as I travel, directing my steps, as Your ambassador in the Ministry of Reconciliation, that I may heal and be healed, that I may teach and learn, that I may bear witness to the needs of world. As I encounter the many perils and dangers, both real and perceived, give me courage and wisdom to persevere. In the face of anguish and woundedness that has been inflicted upon the world, grant that I have resilience to bring Your light to the darkness. May You bestow blessing upon the work of my hands, as you guide them, fashioning me into an instrument of Your will. As I would grant grace, kindness, understanding, mercy and peace to others, may you grant grace, kindness, understanding, mercy and peace to me. Hear the sound of my prayers, for You hear all prayers. Blessed are you my Lord, My God , who calls me to service and to prayer. Hermanos y hermanas, la paz y bendiciones!
