My last hope for mobile service without fraudulent charges was - TopicsExpress

My last hope for mobile service without fraudulent charges was TMobile. Sunday my Galaxy 5 took a dump. An error message reading android.process.acore has stopped working. I could not do anything with the phone, not even reboot. I took it to TMobile in Milbrae (just happen to be out there) and the person behind the counter was stumped, she could not do anything with it either. So TMobile sent a replacement phone by mail. I receieved the phone yesterday and booted it up. Unfortunately I saw the same message on the new device, but this time I was able to get rid of it for now. So now I have two broken phones, I did not see this as a fix, they only replaced the phone because it was insured, they had to. But the problem here is they sold me flawed phones with a history. I typed the android.process.acore into my laptops browser and low and behold I got in line. The initial deal with TMobile was two phones on the plan for $70 per month, unlimited text, unlimited calls. I was paying twice that at Sprint for two phones. It was just another lie from another telephone company. I called TMobile with bill in hand, because the second phone had been cancelled back in December and it was still reflecting on the bill. My hard copy bill reads $110.51, it should be $70, the representative on the phone said it was $123. I heard enough, flawed phones, overcharging, misrepresenting plans. TMobile is no different than the others, of course I knew that but I had to give it a chance. My credit is already destroyed because of the other companies taking advantage, I had nothing to lose if TMobile backstabbed me. The plan was disconnected this morning and I told them NOT to send any more bills. The account is less than 3 months old and already have been forced to pay more than we agreed on. I give up. No more mobile devices.
