My latest FitBird client Frederik Dutter doing some Ring Push Ups at our kick-off session. Dutters goal is to become bulletproof and get back into weightlifting and Im really excited to help him reach his goal. One of the exercises hell be doing in his first 4 week cycle is the ring push up. His technical focus is to keep is shoulder in a good position (avoiding scapular anterior tilt) while maintaining a rigid posture like a statue (hence the glute flexing cue).
