My latest piece. Not a commission for a change but a painting done for me.....just because :-) Its a 16x16 acrylic on canvas called, Footprints in the Sand. It was inspired by a photograph of my friends two daughters while on holiday in South Africa last year. Such a simple picture but crying out to be painted. I didnt feel the need to change much from the original photograph which is unusual for me! :-D Im pleased with how it turned out and will be showing it at a local art exhibition in the summer.
