My leadership style is probably different than most. If you come to me with an EXCUSE..Im not going to let you get away with it. I dont bother my leaders, but if you call me and ask for the truth and my honest opinion, youre going to get it...straight no chaser I may ask them if they have completed the STEPS TO SUCCESS. If you tell me youre doing everything you can, Im going to ask you to prove it with documentation. I already know most people dont HUSTLE in 5th gear. Its usually the gear they can get away with. Here is an exercise everyone can do. Log the hours in your day. Jot down what you do in hour increments. For example.. 7am-8am gym. 8am-9am Shower, Breakfast. Most people are busy doing nothing. But if you arent afraid to know the TRUTH about how you spend your time.....then put a pen and paper to it. I guarantee you, some people are not as productive as they think. DOCUMENTATION BEATS CONVERSATION ALL DAY LONG
