My life changed the minute I decided to help others with the expectation of nothing in return. Seriously it did. It gave me purpose and a passion I never saw coming. In 3 short years I was able to quit a job I hated and wake up excited every morning to do what I love. Im still blown away at how Beachbody, P90X, and deciding to help others by becoming a coach has changed every single aspect of my life. I feel so blessed to have had a hand in creating our TD Nation family. This post is something I never do on my personal wall but Im going to tonight because this is important! Im going to start by saying if you dont use or believe in Beachbody products this post isnt for you. If you are someone who is negative or talks down about anyone this post is also not for you. However If you love helping people and love the same products I used to lose 75 lbs and are curious about what I do then this post is absolutely for you! TD Nation is all about changing lives both physically and financially. The fact is we are doing both. We are about helping others get fit and healthy with the expectation of nothing in return. We help tons of people who never buy anything from us. We do things differently because we truly do not care about selling products. We care about seeing people get healthy to be around for their loved ones! Recently I have had a lot of people contact me about becoming a coach and that is awesome. In fact we had two new additions this morning! Nothing excites me more than seeing people get exciting about health and wanting to pay it forward! Tonight at 8 pm central I will be hosting a call for anyone that is interested or even curious about becoming a coach. Dont worry if youre not interested. Coaching isnt for everyone but I encourage you to listen even if you are slightly curious. I will share my honest thoughts about coaching and how it has allowed me to live like very few people get to live. No questions are off limits so feel free to ask anything. Here are some things I commonly hear from people that couldnt be further from the truth....... 1. I bet Im required to sell a certain amount of products FALSE! You are not required to sell anything when you become a coach. In fact many people sign up to coach simply to get their products at wholesale (25% off). You dont even have to buy inventory. Beachbody does every bit of shipping and handles customer service. All you have to do is send your friends and family a link to purchase the products you use, talk about and love. You get commission from the sale and Beachbody does the rest. 2. I cant coach until I have a great transformation FALSE! If you are using the products you KNOW they work. I recommend P90X and Shakeology just like I recommend a good movie or a good restaurant. I dont know how to make a movie or cook good food but I can sure tell if its good and recommend it. Coaching is no different. I started coaching 1 month into my transformation and I was still extremely obese. Im so glad I didnt wait to jump on the opportunity. We all know people who struggle with weight and could use our help. The fact is the people in the middle of their journey inspire me more than the people who are fit. 3. Its going to cost me a lot of money to start Totally FALSE! There are ZERO requirements to sell products, you do not touch any inventory, and you pay only $15.99 a month for your 3 websites. There is also a $39.99 sign up fee. That fee is waived if you have purchased a challenge pack or purchase a challenge pack at the time you sign up to be a coach. All you have to do when someone is interested in a product is send them the link and Beachbody does the rest and deposits your commission checks every Thursday. Where else can you start your own business for $15.99 a month? 4. I dont have time FALSE! I have worked hard on creating effective challenge groups so that my coaches can easily duplicate my success. Literally all you have to do is invite people to sign up on your team and add them to the challenge groups. Then I host the calls to help them get started and any questions they ask are usually posted in the challenge group where they are answered immediately. The amazing thing is that once you start to build your own team they help you stay focused on nutrition and workouts. 5. Its a pyramid scheme This one always cracks me up. First of all pyramid schemes are illegal! Here is a news flash though...every corporation is built like a pyramid. Yes even the one youre currently working for. The CEO makes the most, followed by the president, followed by the vice president, followed by the managers, and followed by the workers. The only difference with Beachbody is that you can actually make more than the people above you. Dont let ignorant people keep you from pursuing an amazing opportunity that truly could change your life like it has mine. I cant imagine where I would be if I would have listened to some of my moron friends(I wont name names) who were skeptical of Beachbody LOL 6. Im getting in to late. Only the people that got in early make money FALSE! This may be the most false of all. Beachbody is a young company and I promise you this is just the beginning. We havent even gone global yet and thats coming very soon. Wait until you see where TD Nation is in 1-5 years. I promise you will be kicking yourself. Did you know that Beachbody also has P90X and Insanity Certification for coaches? Soon you will see P90X and Insanity taught in every gym across the world. Ya Beachbody is a real part of the fitness industry and they arent going anywhere. The #1 reason people dont sign up to coach is because they doubt themselves. Its time to start believing in yourself and chasing your dreams. I started 3 years ago. In 2 1/2 years I was making more than my full time job. Im now doing this full-time. I set my own schedule, take vacations whenever I want, and most importantly never miss a second with my family. As most of you know we are helping people change their lives through fitness and proper nutrition. I get to wake up every morning and help people improve their quality of life. I cant explain to you the amount of satisfaction that gives me. I want that for EVERY ONE OF YOU! And again ANYONE can do this. ANYONE can inspire others. Even if you have only lost 10 lbs there are people out there who need you!
