My life changed today, in a small way. I cut my hair, short,after nearly 50 years. I love it. Spent 2 days with a man and woman from Australia, the same age as me (60ish), who downscaled, who have crossed the Indian Ocean in a 35 ft catamaran, she drives (sails) for 3 hours, then he does. Half the year in Australia, half the year where ever they choose. This year is Africa. Asia, China, the Americas, Egypt, the Mediterranean , Yemen, you name it have been done slowly. I have come to realise some of us live our lives too safely.They are highly educated people who care nothing for money and are living the dream. Makes you think ...
