My little boy is 6 weeks old (almost 7 weeks) and was diagnosed with reflux at 11 days old. I was given infant gaviscon for him and I also changed his milk to the SMA stay down milk. When I told my health visitor I had changed his milk she told me I couldnt put the gaviscon into his feeds like I had been. Anybody else been told this? :/ the thicker milk has stopped him from projectile vomiting, but he is still crying like he is in pain and doing those little what I call reflux coughs since Ive stopped the gaviscon. Should I start putting the gaviscon in his milk again? :/ x
