My local and extended facebook friends: I just want to give you an invitation to hear someone give their personal testimony next Saturday afternoon, August 17th, at 2:30. His name is Dwayne Lemon and his testimony starts in a suburb of New York City as a high school hip-hop dancer trying out to tour with Queen Latifah and her crew. After becoming famous for his dance and choreography (working with the likes of Brandy, Ice-T, Queen Latifah, Heavy-D and more), he was making thousands of dollars a month in ‘the industry’ but still found that there was something missing in his life, especially after tragedy struck his family. Several strange circumstances brought him to points of conviction and decision and he will be sharing the complete story with us Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Earlier in the day, he will be blessing us with a regular sermon during our worship service but 2:30 is the time for his personal testimony of how God drew him into a personal relationship with Himself.
