My love Trevor is having his teeth cleaned today and before they do that, they run blood tests since he is considered a senior now. His liver enzymes were high for the past year or so. Recently I have switched to a hepatic type of food so his liver has less stress, and added milk thistle only recently. I have plans to do a lot more, but so far so good. His blood test for liver enzymes was 237 6 weeks ago. Today it was 153! He is still drinking too much water, though and that number is higher than we need it to be, so we are going to get a referral to a specialist to see if we cant get the tummy ultrasound done ASAP and see whats there. Hopefully with the nutritional plan Im gradually doing for him with supplements and vitamins, we can get him feeling better. Please keep your fingers crossed for our boy. Cant imagine living without him.
