Rent is $600 per month (which includes your own bedroom and bathroom, high speed internet, water, heat, electricity, laundry access and as much space as youd like for gardening) with the ability to earn a rent credit of $300-350 per month. Rent is month to month with ½ of the first months rent paid in advance. Rates for work/ trade negotiable. Less than one hour of help each day will earn you half your rent. Rental application and references required. The space will be available beginning April 16th but I can show it right away. My perfect housemate has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Im seeking a self -motivated, non-smoker with stellar communication skills and excellent references. Its important you be clean and tidy by default, queer-positive and genuinely enjoy interacting with animals as I have two dogs who would greatly benefit from your attention and affection. Handy person skills would be a nice bonus and Im willing to compensate accordingly. Unless people who know describe you as neat/clean, conscientious, diligent, trustworthy, willing to take initiative and reliable, this is not going to work. I enjoy outdoor activities. I like reading, getting out in the world and good conversation. Working on my yard and house brings me a great deal of satisfaction. I do like to work out a few times a week in my basement.
