My lower back, ankle, shins and legs are killing me. I feel and look like Im 90 years old. One of my Mothers Day gifts is a day at the fancy Riverspointe Spa in Estes Park. Feet fizz soak, full body massage and sauna. I can hardly wait. Not to mention all the awesome hot tubs at our resort. This arthritic body is in need of a day at the spa. In January of this year 1-13-14 I turned over a new leaf in my life and started eating healthy, portion control and no over eating. Im on the weekday Nutrisystem plan and very pleased that thus far Ive lost 52lbs. I have a long way to go but its a start. With my left knee being bone on bone and arthritis in my body I had to do something. I want to feel better. Please pray for me. I dont want to fail. Thats why I need prayers please. Thank you.
