My main financial problem lately is that the French bakery down the street is suddenly beginning to insist that I pay for all my pastries, which is simply not a sustainable situation. Of course it has been suggested I could save money by, if you could even fathom this, preparing my own breakfast. I suppose I could do that, if a dictator captured me and forced me to do so at gunpoint, otherwise, it is a hard scenario to concoct, met standing over a stove scrambling eggs. It makes one chuckle just to picture it.
