My man JKruz 97.9 The Beat DFW surprised me late last night with a video of my recent interview that I did at the 97.9 - The Beat DFW radio station. The day that I received the call to have my interview, I had just put some wires in my mouth (Perfect Timing) and could barely talk but when opportunity knocks, you best answer the door. I made sure that everyone at the station and on air knew that this project #AndThingsWillNeverBeTheSame… was funded by you all!!! A huge shout out to JKruz for always looking out for me, Jihad Hassan Muhammad of Dallas Weekly who has been family to me, Pat Leal who is currently working on the Behind the Scenes video, James Norum who has been there for me anytime that I needed a right hand man, the homie Shun OvidMedia Atkins for this dope ass video and of course, my boys from Loyal Sally Michael Morgan & Michael Lindblom for rolling with me. Any artist who gets a chance to go on air must also drop some bars on camera. I thought that it would be dope to get my boy Microphone Lewis to drop some bars right after me. We did not practice this, it was me grabbing him and him going off on camera. You can even see how surprised JKruz was as he didn’t expect this haha….
