My meatball dinner vs the familys meatball dinner. You dont have to make two complete seperately meals...just make healthy protien and different sides :) Mine: Extra lean ground Turkey mixed with chopped onions and garlic, rolled into balls, seared with a little olive oil in a pan, then put into the oven at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Side of sauteed broccoli slaw seasoned with garlic/onion powder. Amazing.
