My message to Cable One: As usual, your Customer Service is SEVERELY lacking. My girlfriend called last week to have internet service installed at our house. She was asked what day would work, so she scheduled it for Friday 8/5 since she is off work. She was given a confirmation number as well. Now, we are being told it will be Tuesday 8/9 between 1 and 3. Which DOES NOT work for us, since one of us will have to be off work. I have dealt with you people in the past, and shouldve known better than to give you another chance. We would have been better off going with AT&T.
