My message to Jim Hilyer and other politicians this morning ..... if you agree you may want to let them too several times more .... I along with many others are willing to clean up and help rebuild ....but if tax dollars are going to a simple rebuild, I and others will be very upset and all levels of government will hear about that upset ..... build dikes, move that section of town or city, think long term ........ if you and others throw good money into a bad solution we will let you know in spades .... I have talked with everyone from doctors to waitresses about the flooded communities and what needs to be done ..... if there is no attempt at stronger mitigation of flood damage or of the spending of tax dollars without some wisdom at play, all sectors of society around you will much less willing to support you and your Party as well as Alberta parties who engage in throwing away money ...We do want to help but do not treat the taxpayers as fools
