My message to Vodafone [posted to their facebook page: I dont know if you are generally a terrible company or just your Watford branch in intu Watford. Ive been a victim of identity theft which has been registered with actionfraud and the police. They took out 2 contracts with 02 which was resolved quickly and easily with them. 1 with yourselves which firstly I called to tell you it was fraud. The lady on the phone said she understood yet passed it onto DEBT COLLECTORS, so you made me go in store to prove it was fraud costing me time and petrol. Once there for a good hour it seemed resolved, yet STILL I receive an outstanding debt bill. I call you AGAIN but theres nothing you can do, Im told I have to go once AGAIN in store back intu Watford. Are you joking? This is HARASSMENT now, I have never and will NEVER take a contract with you or recommend you to anyone. I am considering legal action and compensation if my credit score has been affected in any way as a result of your Watford branchs INCOMPETENCE. Ill be going to see them this week. This is the account number in question: 688679097 if youd like to do something about it. Lets see if they actually do anything until then actively advocating against using their services.
