My migraines start with pain in my neck and back of my skull and spread up on side of my head and into my ear and jaw and up over into an eye. Heat helps some, cold doesnt. Chiropractor helps with neck pain some. Anyone else have migraines like this? Ideas, recommendations, exercises I can do??? Chiropractor also says my spinal fluid doesnt flow right. Oh and I take Maxalt for my migraines, but it hasnt been as helpful lately.
