My mini minie PUTO PAO 2 cups flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 40 grams butter softened cheddar cheese slice in cubes Directions.. 1st step make your filling first.. 4OO grams chicken boil,and shreded (himay himayin pagkatapos nang laga..(follow picture please.) 5 tbsp.onion finely chopped 2 tbsp. garlic chopped 1 tsp.blacked pepper powder 1/2 cup tomato paste 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp.salt 2 tsp tuyo 1 block maggie cubes(chicken) fry the garlic and the onion until soft,add the chicken and saute for a few mins ,next to add is tomato paste,ketchup, sugar,soy sauce salt and pepper,last maggie cubes,if the mixture is too dry add 1 tbsp of water...sautea for 2 -3 mins and off the fire let it cool... 2nd step... 1.Start by sifting all purposed flour,baking powder,sugar,and whisk to combined. 2.beat the egg slightly and combine to the flour and add evaporated milk,add the softened butter or melted butter. 3.Whisk to form a nice batter,you can strain it if u want extra smooth. 4,brush the molder with a little oil 5.divide your batter into 3 portions and drop a little color or used a toothpick to dip in the battle to get some color and mix in the batter. 6.Scoop 1 tbsp. full of batter and put in the molder,then 1 tsp of filling in the middle of the batter,and scoop 2 tbsp of batter again to cover the mixture,do this untill u finish all your puto mixture,just follow guide on the picture pls... well this my molder is very small so i used tbsp.if your molder is bigger u can add extra amount on the bottom and top.. 7.put in the steamer and steam for 10 to 15 mins.. 8.remove your PUTO and add some cheese at the top,return for 30 seconds or1 min max,then remove in the steamer...your done..
