My mission and plea is to help people, animals, our environment. I post most things here about this. I find it highly offensive and sad what is happening to our health, the animals and this planet. Im told veganism is a belief. It is and it isnt. It isnt because there are facts pointing out that eating meat, dairy, eggs, ect are not good for your health, see Forks over Knives. Cowspiracy is a film showing how it is destroying our environment and we dont have much longer, we are going extinct quickly if we dont adapt to a plant based or vegan diet. It is extremely cruel what humans do to animals, see Earthlings. Those are facts. That is why Im vegan. Now my belief and hope is that everyone will wake up before its too late.
