My mom has suffered from Crohns disease for as long as I can remember. Its a disease that is not only painful but stressful. My mom has been with me through it all & thats why I chose the Crohns & Colitis Foundation of Canada as my platform and my charity of choice, mostly because it comes straight from the heart.
